The Villa Tosca (Massimiliano) was one of several that we had looked at in Tuscany as my wife and I wanted something really special to be able to invite our family to in order to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary as well as my wife’s 70th birthday.

We actually booked this villa some 18 months beforehand as we knew we had to get in early, or we’d miss out.

And so it transpired that we arrived on the 7th June 2025 to spend a week there.

The welcome we received from the hosts at Agriturismo Diacceroni, and from Anja personally was amazing. All of the staff there were just so friendly and helpful.

The Villa itself was absolutely stunning, and the location could not have been more idyllic. The sun shone all week, the temperature was in the high 20’s, the pool was wonderful, ideal for large families and children and so warm.

We all had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to go back.

We just celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary at the Diacceroni in the Tosca Villa with our family. There were 11 of us ages 9 to 72 and every one of us enjoyed our stay! The Villa was beautiful and the views were spectacular. We took day trips to different towns in Tuscany which was easy to do from our location.
One of the big things that made the trip so special were the people who worked there. Anja, who helped us so much was an absolute delight to work with. Her help and insights were always welcome she was just so great. We saw Massi every day and his family history of building such a special place is remarkable. Lucia was there every morning taking care of us at breakfast and was wonderful to take a cooking class with. We also got to spend some time with Lorenzo and the next generation is well represented. I’d like to mention everyone else but suffice it to say everyone we had contact with was cheerful and a great help.
Thank you to everyone who made our family trip a magnificent experience and left us with memories that will last a lifetime!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was. The house was beyond our expectations (we stayed at Villa Ginestra) beautiful views, fantastic pool, pristine clean house, pantry stocked with all the Diacceroni produce and very spacious for 8 people. The property is amazing. We stayed with our 4 teenagers and 4 adults and everyone loved the Villa. Massimiliano is a gracious host and makes you feel right at home the minute you arrive. Anja was amazing and took care of our every need even before we arrived, from booking horse riding for my children, dinners, recommendations for town visits and much more and she was so friendly and welcoming including greeting us everyday at breakfast. The food was also amazing and made you feel like you were eating at your Nonna’s house. The party dinners were great as well (3 available throughout the week) and I would highly recommend attending them. All the staff were friendly and helpful including Sylvia, Lucia and Camilla as well as the team that took my daughter’s horse riding. It was like staying with your Tuscan family rather than just another AirBnB. All the staff make you feel like it’s your home. If you are thinking about staying here don’t hesitate to book it. You will not be disappointed. I would go back tomorrow if I could. Whilst you are there read the book regarding the history of Massimiliano’s family and how the Diacceroni property came to be. Thank you Massi & team this trip will long be remembered as a highlight of our Italian family holiday!

Unforgettable Experience at Villa Ginestra – Beyond 5 Stars!

We had the absolute privilege of spending 6 magical days at Villa Ginestra, and from start to finish, it was nothing short of perfection. This was, without question, the best travel experience we have ever had.

From the moment we booked, Anja, the incredible property manager, was a dream to work with. Her communication was prompt, warm, and incredibly helpful, setting the tone for what would become a flawless stay. Every question was answered quickly and thoroughly, and every detail was clearly considered long before we even arrived.

During our stay, Anja and her attentive staff made us feel like honored guests. The level of service was exceptional, thoughtful, unobtrusive, and genuinely kind. The personalized concierge service went above and beyond, ensuring we had everything we needed at all times. Every single staff member was detail-oriented, kind, and committed to creating the perfect experience.

We booked a truffle hunting excursion followed by a truffle dinner, and it was an absolute highlight, truly unforgettable. Ilia, the truffle hunting guide, was so passionate and authentic. It was a phenomenal experience.

The cooking class held right in our villa was another standout moment, made all the more special by the intimate, hands-on approach and the authentic flavors of Tuscany we were guided to create. This was led by Silvia and Gigi who were top notch in every way!

The restaurant team deserves a special mention as well, especially Fabio, who stood out with his warmth, professionalism, and passion for excellent service. Every meal, every interaction, every bite was crafted with care and delivered with a smile.

We were constantly impressed by the high level of attention to detail, the seamless delivery service, and the sheer beauty of the property itself. The views, the villa, the food, the people, it all felt like a dream.

It is not a question of if we will return, but how soon we can come back, and next time, we are bringing more of our family and friends to experience the magic of Villa Ginestra.

I stayed with my family at Villa Etru for a week at the end of May. If you’re looking for a relaxing escape, I cannot recommend this agriturisomo highly enough.

The villa itself was beautiful, clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for 14 of us to enjoy. We had great fun using the pool, fire pit and barbecue facilities, while looking out over the rolling Tuscan hills.

We also made the most of the experiences on offer. Between us, we tried the pasta-making class, children’s baking, wine tasting, picnic experience, horse riding and truffle hunting - something for everyone! The pizza, pasta and Tuscan party nights open to all were also great fun for the adults and kids alike.

And behind it all - the fantastic staff. All the staff were friendly and accommodating, and Anja went out of her way to make sure our stay was as special as possible.

A huge thank you to everyone at Diacceroni Villas for a truly memorable stay.

Die Villa Etru beeindruckt mit ihren großzügigen Räumlichkeiten, der gelungenen Verbindung aus italienischem Flair und moderner Ausstattung sowie einer wunderbaren Lage. Die zur Villa gehörende Gastronomie ist schnell erreichbar und bietet einen angenehmen kulinarischen Einstieg – wer mehr Auswahl sucht, findet im schönen Ort Volterra (ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto) zahlreiche weitere Restaurants.

Die Villa selbst war sehr sauber, bestens ausgestattet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass Anliegen oder Wünsche jederzeit schnell und freundlich umgesetzt wurden. Auch die Betreuung durch das Personal war durchweg angenehm – stets zuvorkommend und herzlich.

Die Atmosphäre in der Villa war geprägt von einer gelungenen Kombination aus Tradition und Moderne, was für ein sehr besonderes Ambiente sorgte.

Ein echtes Highlight war die Reitstunde, die nicht nur den Kindern große Freude bereitete – absolut empfehlenswert. Auch der großzügige Pool und der Whirlpool wurden täglich gepflegt und luden jederzeit zum Entspannen ein.

Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

A Slice of Heaven at Diacceroni – An Unforgettable Family Experience!

My family and I recently stayed at Diacceroni, and it was truly one of the most magical and memorable experience we’ve ever had! From start to finish, everything was perfect the people, the landscape, the animals, and the unforgettable atmosphere.

Anja and Lorenzo were absolutely incredible such warm, kind, and genuinely caring people. Their hospitality made us feel not like guests, but like part of the Diacceroni family.

We had so many highlights during our short stay. From exploring the property on foot, we were completely immersed in the experience: every time we passed the donkeys, they came running over to greet us! They were so gentle and sweet, letting us pet and interact with them in the most heartwarming way. It felt like something out of a storybook.

Exploring the land via Polaris Ranger with our amazing guide and friend, Lorenzo, was another unforgettable adventure.

Our truffle hunting outing with Elia and Nora (a very clever dog) was something truly special. With Nora’s expert guidance, we found black truffles (in the black truffle forest) and later enjoyed them as part of a delicious four-course meal. The experience was authentic, and educational.

Every detail from the delicious meals to the serene surroundings was infused with care, and a deep connection to the land and its traditions.

On the morning we left, Anja went out of her way to bring us breakfast so we wouldn’t leave hungry. That small, thoughtful gesture perfectly reflects the heart of Diacceroni a place where you are cared for like family.

We left with full hearts, beautiful memories, and a longing to return. Thank you, Diacceroni, for everything. We truly can’t wait to come back!

We loved our stay at Villa Etru! Anja and the staff were beyond receptive to our needs and catered to our wants! It was the perfect place to feel pampered and like a star. We were able to get to town like San gimignano and Volterra within 30 mins and Florence within 1 hour or so. Fabulous time!
