I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to express my heartfelt thanks for the incredible hospitality you provided during our stay at Villa Comacina. The villa exceeded all our expectations and made our time in Italy truly unforgettable.
The location of the villa is simply outstanding, with stunning views over the lake. The spacious rooms, well-equipped kitchen, and the terrace with its perfect view were just a few of the highlights. We particularly appreciated the elevator, which made it so much easier to bring up our luggage, as well as the refrigerator and oven that allowed us to prepare our own dinners when we wished. The outdoor barbecue area, jacuzzi, table tennis, and the sauna added to the overall experience and comfort.
Moreover, the villa's location allowed us to easily access the city of Como, and it served as an ideal base for exploring the northern parts of Italy. We were able to travel conveniently to various destinations, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Once again, thank you, Deborah, for the warm and wonderful stay. We truly appreciate everything you did to make our time at Villa Comacina special.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

First of all, I would like to thank Debora for the attention she provided, very kind and always attentive to what you need. We have traveled to Lake Como for 4 days, a group of 12 friends and the house has been perfect for the group. Very spacious and fully equipped. The views from the house are spectacular. It has 4 floors and the elevator makes it easy to move between floors. Highly recommended to explore the area due to its location..

Hemos viajado al Lago di Como 4 dias, un grupo de 12 amigos y la casa ha sido perfecta para el grupo.
Muy amplia y totalmente equipada.
Las vistas desde la casa son espectaculares.
Tiene 4 plantas y el ascensor te hace facil moverte entre pisos.
Muy recomendable para tecorrer la zona por su ubicacion.

Wir haben 4 wunderschöne Tage in der “Villa Comacina” verbracht und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!
Wir waren insgesamt 12 Personen und das große Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für eine so große Gruppe!
Unsere Reise fand Anfang Oktober statt und die Temperaturen waren schon etwas kühler. Umso mehr haben wir uns auf den Whirlpool am Abend gefreut! Auch den Grill auf der Terrasse haben wir benutzt und der Quooker mit kochendem Wasser und Sprudelwasser war täglich in Betrieb! Die Villa ist also hervorragend ausgestattet - Auch Gläser, Teller, Tassen, Besteck usw ist ausreichend vorhanden. Auch Handtücher waren ausreichend vor Ort (Groß und klein fürs Badezimmer und ein großes Handtuch für den Whirlpool!)
Die Villa verfügt über eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, welchen wir jedoch nicht genutzt haben. Auch die Sauna und die Tischtennisplatte sind richtig klasse! So findet jeder eine Beschäftigung.

Kim war bereits Monate vorab immer per Mail erreichbar, beantwortete alle unsere Fragen und gab uns Restaurant- oder Ausflugsempfehlungen. 🙂 Auch Debora, welche dann auch vor Ort in Italien für uns da war, war vorab eine große Hilfe. Sie half bei Restaurant Reservierungen, gab ebenfalls Empfehlungen und Tipps und führte uns bei unserer Ankunft einmal durch das ganze Haus, um uns alles zu erklären.

Wir haben die Zeit am Comer See und in der Villa Comacina sehr genossen und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! 🥰

Booked this Villa because we had a family wedding in Lenno. Everyone kept saying how perfect it was and how well I had done. We were a party of ten ranging in age from 11 - 64 years old. The lift (elevator) helped with the luggage across 3 floors, the garage was very convenient for the rental car. The ping pong table and jacuzzi were fun for down time after touring around. The kitchen was well appointed. The terrace, garden and views were all exceptional.

We were completely spoiled by our concierge, Debora. She had so much local knowledge and nothing was too much trouble. She booked a fabulous private boat tour to tour around and go to and from Bellagio, as well as helping with cabs and restaurant reservations.

Wonderful place, very spacious! Looks exactly like on pictures. Perfect for a family gateway or holiday with friends. There’s plenty to do around and the host is very helpful and always in touch. We had a lovely stay and highly recommend it!

A wonderful place. This Villa is perfect for big familys or a big group of friends. My family and I stayed there for a couple of days and we had such a great time.
The booking process was easy and the owners were really nice and very obliging. They answered quickly and the communication was on top.
When we arrived there the manager, who was such a lovely and gorgeous person, showed us the house and explained everything.

The rooms were all very clean and completely furnished. The Villa is equipted with everything you want. There is even stuff for kids and babys.
You have such a great view of the lake from the large balcony. Its perfect for eating breakfast outside and look at comolake.
On top of it, the villa has a sauna and an whirlpool. We used both and loved it 😊. Thanks for your hospitality Villa Comacina.

Perfect place to be with a large group of friends or family. The 6 bedrooms are spacious, where two of those bedrooms also have a sleeper sofa. Thus 16 people can sleep comfortable. It has 4 complete bathrooms, one with a bath and the other three have a shower. The kitchen is equipped and it even has a Quooker with boiling hot water but also fresh sparkling water. On the deck there is a bbq and there are a lot of chairs. Next to the deck there is a yakuzi that one can use. From the deck and the living room one has a grand view over the lake and the island. In the basement there is a sauna area with relaxbeds and a separate shower. Also a table tennis table is situated in the basement. The house also has an indoor parking that can fit 3 to 6 cars depending on the size of the car. The house is wheelchair accessible; there is an elevator that runs to all four floors.

The public beach is within walking distance.
We had nice weather conditions which makes the stay even better.
