Dr. De Diego is retiring. Those staying are horrible. They needed to send a confirmation number for my 2 y/o for a specialist an hour and a half drive from my home and about 2 hours from their office. I skipped work just to find out they did not send the confirmation. I called them and they promised to send it right away. Next day, same thing. So they don’t care about your children nor wasting your time and money. 3 times they supposedly were going to send it.. 3 trips, 3 lost days of work, now they won’t pick up the phone. The ladies working there are retarded, they have attitudes and when you prove them they messed up they get mad, and then purposely mess up your paperwork, maybe not all of them but some. That’s all I need to get away from them.
Plus, they used to do holistic works now it’s all drugs prescriptions and vaccines. 3 red lights.
This clinic is not what it used to be.

this is the best doctor you can possibly ever have. I saw other comments stating that there’s a wait or it takes too long but speaking from 23 years of experience, Dr. De Diego just truly takes his time with his patients because he really cares. thank you for diego for all your work.

Dr. De Diego is an amazing doctor but the wait time is terrible. It's not by appointment it's by first come first served basis. Patients get called in to rooms to just keep waiting. Make sure you're ready to wait 3 hrs or so. And not to mention calling no one ever answers the phone. I've made 3 calls already today and it's not even noon and no one answers. I really wish he had better management because he's such a great doctor. Luckily I only go there once a year. I understand he is just one doctor, but I still think they should come up with a better plan because waiting 3 hrs to only be seen for like 30 minutes is crazy to me. And having to spend the whole morning trying to speak with someone over the phone is ridiculous.

Dr. De Diego is a nice doctor very pleasant who takes the time to see your child with a professional attitude; however the wait time is excessive. We were scheduled for 10:30am we arrived 10 mins early in case of paperwork, by 12:32pm our son had not been seen by anyone nor were we given the reason why we were waiting for so long, our son got so fuzzy because it was past his nap time and his lunch time. Unfortunately we had to leave and when we let them know we were leaving the staff didn’t even care, they didn’t have the courtesy to offer a reschedule or apologize for leaving us alone in a room for two hours. unfortunately after this experience we will not be coming back to this clinic is sad because they do not value or respect parents time.

Jorge De Diego is an amazing doctor who takes his time with his patients. The amount of love that he has for each individual person is shown in each visit. Although the wait is long it is worth it because of the amount of attention and care the child recieves. All 3 of my kids have been patients of Dr. De Diego's since they were born.

Dr Jorge De Diego and the entire team are just wonderful people. Dr Jorge has been seeing my baby since she was born (she is 2 now). Since we are first time parents, we were very lucky to find him and the team because he has answers to all your questions. He plays with my daughter and does not matter how sick she is, we always have a good time going there. He makes us feel very well due to his knowledge, experience and gentle way to deal with us and the baby. Totally recommended.
