I got to see Deb Manno along with her staff in action, when I had a very difficult claim to deal with for my home. Deb made me feel like I was her top priority and there wasn't a time when I felt otherwise. Deb and Gaby took away all of my concerns and made me feel at ease and handled my claim with great care and professionalism. I feel very appreciated and welcomed when ever I call the Deb Manno office, and that goes a long way. This is a great State Farm Office. Deb, Gaby, and all of the staff are amazing. Debra and her team have always been very through about helping me with my insurance needs. At her suggestion I signed up for the Ting home electrical monitoring, free through State Farm. Recently I had a heating element burn out in my water heater. The Ting sensor recognized it and alerted the monitoring center. The monitoring center stayed in contact until I finished the repair and then made sure that there were no other electrical issues to be concerned about. Though this was a simple repair that I could do myself, it was reassuring to know that the monitoring works to find electrical problems that could cause a house fire.

I've had a policy through State Farm's Winder location for a couple years and haven't had much contact with their office (which has been a good thing so far just because I haven't had any issues!). Today I gave them a call to replace the car on my policy and had the pleasure of speaking with Ashley. She made the process seamless and we were finished in about 5 minutes, which was so much quicker than I anticipated. She also helped me update my last name & address since both had changed, AND sent me the documents I will need to register my new car just minutes after I had called. I couldn't ask for a better experience and even though I have moved from the Winder area, I plan on keeping Deb as my agent since she & her team have been amazing. Highly recommend!

Shannon is very very helpful and patient! First time getting my own auto insurance, I spent about a week asking for different quotes on cars I was looking at buying and helping me bundle and save! Even when I purchased insurance for a car and it was sold to someone else right after she was able to replace it with my new car.
