My mom is 90 and has been going to Dr De Solo for many years. She has always raved about Dr De Solo and today I understood why. I don’t live in Miami and my mom was confused about the appointment date. Sandra from the front desk went above and beyond to find an appointment so I could take my mom. The whole experience was so smooth. Every one was respectful but very caring at the same time. I was impressed how great Dr De Solo was with my mom. I really recommend this office.

I have been a patient of Dr. De Solo's for around 10 years. This practice has consistently been the only Dr's office to listen to me and make me feel heard. I am so grateful for the Dr's bedside manner. He always takes his time with his patients to be thorough and listen, but has also always been honest with me in his approach to my care (even if it isn't always what I want to hear). The interns/assistants have always been helpful, and everyone at that office from the front to the Drs to the techs, seem to have a general caring and approachable demeanor. I highly recommend!

The worst office! If you want to make an appointment you have to waste at least one hour on the phone. The office manager and staff are so unprofessional and disrespectful. Dr. De Solo is great, but unfortunately the staff at the office have no respect for you or your time. Every time i need to make an appointment, or change my appointment I have to actually drive there since no one answer the calls, however they charge you if you don't show up. they don't understand that If they don't answer the call how can I change my appointment. Debra the office manager is the worst and she is so impolite and disrespectful. I wish I could give 0 rating, but I have to give 1.
