Went through Drive-Thru for the new “As Featured In” meal. Employee says that he’s never heard of it. There are posters all over the restaurant promoting it…
So I park and go inside. 2 employees and a manager have no clue what I’m talking about yet they are all wearing shirts that are promoting it! I point to all the stickers, signs, and the commercial playing on the kiosks. Just shrugs and blank faces. Why don’t you know your own menu? Just say “we’re not doing it anymore but all the materials are still up” instead of pretending it doesn’t exist! I’m attaching some of the materials they had up in case some manager wants to school their 17 year old employees on what it is.

And I get that “it’s just a normal meal”, but can you at least recognize the name that your company is calling it for the limited time? It’s labeled this on the menu!

Took 30 minutes to get three biscuits. When I ask the manager what’s going on? He said “WE BUSY”.
I’m the 5th person in line waiting to talk to the manager and he’s acting like this towards everyone.
Hire people who know how to manage a business and especially their emotions in a manager role.
I know McDonalds doesn’t scream good service but from a manager? That’s unacceptable in any profession! As we sat down an older lady told us “this McDonalds is slow af , they’re lucky I don’t throw this shitty ass coffee in the back”. Great atmosphere for kids for sure. It’s FAST FOOD for a reason, if you hate your job that much go somewhere else.

I went thru the drive-thru. Apparently they don't know how to READ& don't know HOW to properly place the food on the Bag! I need to get what I paid for! You see I've worked at a McDonald's before so I know it it suppose to go! Do better in preparing people food, period!

They are now charging $2.19 for a cup of water!!! I drove through the druve thru and ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and a large cup of water as I have for years and they said they were now charging for water. $2.19!!!!!!! No more Winder, GA McDonald's for me.

This is the (absolutely)the worst McDonald's! The staff are lazy not clean rude! Bathrooms are not cleaned floor smells like sour milk sticky Bathroom smells like urine.. they never get order right food is always cold...

Normal fast food, nothing excited for. The employees do not give even the 50% of their potential to make it better.
Food presentation... I will give a 2 from 5 been excellent.
I had to take a picture of my biscuit because it looks like it was mad on me so, I added some to make it fun to eat at the beginning of the day.

I have to pause and give a shout out to McDonalds in Winder for stepping up and celebrating their grads by having customized signs in their lot!

These kids are grinding. They are going to school. They are performing and they are producing and contributing to their community and households.

When I notified it a few days ago, I intentionally started to look. They are the only BUSINESS I saw who did this! Congrats and thank you for encouraging and building our youth!

One improvement needed is better signage in the park lot to direct drive through …it’s not two lanes in the entire parking lot. It splits at the ordering hubs. People cutting and blocking left and right this morning!
