We needed furniture for our living room and I found this place on-line. When I got to the actual store they barely had any furniture on display in the store. My wife and I was going to leave but they talked us into staying. Said they could get us a good deal. But you pretty much have to order from catalogs. They were a little bit pushy too. They wanted us to write them a review in the store, before we even got our furniture. I told them I don't write reviews until I receive my furniture. We received the furniture 4 weeks later and I had to put the tables, couch, love seat and recliner together myself. I've never gotten furniture from a furniture place that was delivered in boxes. I found out there is a fee to have the furniture assembled. Shouldn't that be included? Never had to pay to have the furniture assembled, unless it was already included in the price. I ended up putting everything together myself. The salesmen need to be a little more clearer on everything. We do love the furniture though! But honestly if I knew we would order from catalogs and put the furniture together myself, I could have just ordered on-line at home.

He actually helped me and took his time and patience with me. I truly appreciate him and his professional service. I highly recommend him and his services. He's truly amazing in what he does. Update the set never got delivered due to it being out of stock…the owner hounded me about it being delivered asap so they can get their money but i assured him that i work out of town and didn’t have much time throughout the week since they don’t deliver on weekends. We argued on the phone until we agreed on a date. I texted him the day before that agreed date to confirm and he hadn’t set up delivery but assured me it would come the next day. I had to take off from work or try to have someone in the home and he called me after 1pm and said it wasn’t in stock in which he knew that the day before when he scheduled delivery. This experience was the worse and i will not be patronizing or recommending furthermore.

This place was the best! The process was incredibly easy and I found the perfect mattress. EJ was great!! He was very helpful in tying down the mattress and making sure I had everything I need. ?

I purchased a sofa, loveseat and recliner set with a warranty from EJ. When I took the furniture out of the box, the attachment brackets for the sofa back doesn’t match up. One side of the back is attached and the other side is not attached. The warranty denied the claim and told me to reach out to the store. I called EJ and told him what the warranty company said about denying the claim and for me to contact the store. EJ’s reply is: that’s why I tell the customer to let us set up and that I (the customer) will have to find someone to make the metal brackets come closer so that the other side will attach. I really like this set, because no one is going to repair the sofa I told EJ that I will return it. I will never shop at Winder Mattress Outlet Again! EJ is the worst salesman I’ve ever dealt with all of my life. He’s all about money.

Buy a king extra firm mattress (locally manufacturing in Georgia) in 2021 it’s a best deal.

We needed more seating before Christmas. Seen this place online. We wanted a sectional then seena leather set he had and we went down and talk to EJ..he talked us into the 3 piece suit so we got it..put money down and financed the rest..the furniture showed up and the love seat had a nice size hole in the side..not to mention the delivery guys were late as hell and then threw the stuff off the truck in boxes..well I reported the tear immediately to him in emails and pictures..well he wanted me to use our insurance policy on it but they said that was a delivery damage and that was a manufacturer deal..well when I do get them to answer the phone he always says they haven't heard anything from the manufacturer..hes fixin to get some good ol countryism
