I recently down sized my storage unit. I walked into the facility on a Saturday at 9:30 a.m. and Crystal greeted me with a smile even though she hadn't had any caffeine yet! Crystal was so helpful and made the experience easy and streamlined. She went through everything with me and answered any questions I had.
She was a true pleasure to work with and had total positive vibes!

Keevin was an excellent communicator and very informative over the phone while I was asking about the available units and was very patient and professional also friendly during the interaction when I met him at the facility. Great customer service with professionalism, affordable storage units and very clean place is everything anybody wish for.. Well Done! Thank you to the moon and back ?

Yeah the only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because they were not really honest about what kind of space I was renting. See I paid before I got it. It ended up to be up stairs without an elevator. I’m a 65 year old disabled American veteran with 5 bad discs bad knees and ankles. But besides that it was a great experience.

It was nice to have been greeted with a big, welcoming and friendly smile by Customer Service Rep , Crystal. This is what I received throughout my visit. She was pleasant, polite, knowledgeable, and helpful.
I was shown around the facilities which was nice and clean. The unit was just what I requested and wanted, and easy accessible. The price was good also.
My overall service experience was wonderful and would refer others. Thanks Crystal.
