Went to the Quincy location in Presidential plaza, and the girls worked in here was really helpful and professional. The store associate was walking me thru what I needed after only having to explained to them in a couple words. Store manager was a really good mentor to be there. I hope she gets pay more than what she deserves, she literally treat the store like she owned the store and made me feel welcoming. She knows exactly where and what to show you once she hears what you need. Thank you for your service ladies. I will definitely come back if I need more stuff.

Just went in and will never go back. Some racist chick sitting in the back talking, watched me while I was in there like a thief, then when I grabbed a product that was ALREADY OPEN that I CLOSED FOR THEM, yelled across the store "Ma'am you can't put that back!" I had to yell back "It was open when I grabbed it. I CLOSED IT. I am not paying for something I grabbed open." Mind you all of the stuff is open and 75% off. I walked out and told her to check her stuff. She yelled back check yourself. If that's the manager fire her. She doesn't have your customers in mind. I will be pulling a Karen and contacting corporate.

Amazing service, always a great experience! Sharon helped me find a pair of scissors to cut my hair with a while ago, and they have been working great! Today I came back and Pinky was able to get me set up with shampoo and conditioner for my specific needs and a brush for using with wet hair. Not to mention that they were both super friendly! Thanks again! ?

First time visiting this particular location and basically store chain itself. The staff on for the night of October Eighth did everything to perfection.

Including with two of them on, one coming out from the counter area for customer engagement/theft deterrent. I worked retail for over a decade, a manager near the end.

They performed perfectly as corporate generally decrees.
They also inquired if I needed any assistance, which at the start I didn't and informed them. They didn't push the issue and simply were available as to if I did need future assistance. Commendable indeed.

After some browsing and picking up some items, I did inquire for some assistance.

They both were able to assist I quite easily and had a very good knowledge of product location.

Sadly I didn't get their names, however the register customer banter was also quite on point.

When I was being rung up, I was inquired as to my number for their card which they have. I chose not to, however, as per the entire visit, the employees performed spectacularly pertaining to assorted general corporate mandates and such.

Overall it was a pleasant experience with attentive employees where I got what I needed and was out the door with my purchase not long after. Jolly good show to the employees of the night. Even more so as it was within the last hour of the night, and they were still upbeat, vigilant and all around good employees.

I enjoyed my visit here, and shall continue to frequent this location as needed. Good hiring on Sallys corporate part eh.

I was unable to enter the store because one person was at the register and another person was in the store. I go to this store all the time to buy product for my hair. I am a rewards member. I went to the area where the product is and was told I had to go back and follow the arrows as I was not allowed to go down the aisle. There was no one in the aisles. Absolutely ridiculous! I will purchase the product on Amazon from now on. Have a little common sense!!

Management is deplorable, openly Screaming at their associates, shopping experience was incredibly uncomfortable. Poorly kept store, their associates seemed so anxious and miserable. As someone who has been a retail manager, I would Never degrade & humiliate my coworkers the way I witnessed that manager do.

I'll definitely be shopping elsewhere
