I was able to recycle two old printers, a dead router and some ink and toner cartridges and as a result, got a substantial credit toward a new printer. Also, the associate recommended a printer that was on promotion and overall, I saved about $60 on the purchase of the new printer. I was pleased, and impressed, with the service I received.

Awful customer service by the printing area! Two ladies were there ask a question they said go check on printer. I haven’t use staples printer for very long time in ten years. They were not helping anyone else at that time one lady loudly told me she can’t do everything if she is not happy with her work need to talk to her employer like that not with me. Other one came and wasn’t helpful at all and excusing me I didn’t pay the copy I made I have all the proofs and receipts. If your printer didn’t print right I shouldn’t be paying and no one was helpful at the store!! Poor customer service.

I had a frustrating experience at this Staples when picking up business cards I had ordered. The staff at the print station was not helpful at all, insisting I provide the order number. I struggled to find it in my email and almost left out of frustration. After finally locating it, they found my order with my name clearly printed on the box. A bit more sympathy and willingness to help would go a long way for customers..

I'm not a browser. When I go to a store, I want to find what I'm looking for, purchase it and leave. Had no trouble doing so at Staples. The interaction with clerk was cordial.

It s poor customer service from Manger to all employers the said just do your job by your self or live the store what ever store it s Very slow but no one offer a help or just how come to use a specific part of copy machine

What an AMAZING experience! I had a real emergency and needed a print job in record time… SAM at the Print Center was not only compassionate, and polite - she was a consummate professional! I am so grateful for people like her- attentive to detail and aware of the possible emergencies we can all endure- her kindness was a fresh reminder that humanity is good! -

Workers are not skilled, they dont have any customer management, print department is totally need training or upgraded crew, if you have time issue dont go there, thing take too slow, its so unorganised!
